✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• All components, accessories, and documentation must be included
• Items must not have been installed or modified
• Custom Products, Products over 4 feet in length, and Final Sale/Clearance items are non-returnable.
• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date

🚚 Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item:

• Is not what you ordered
• Arrives damaged
• Or is defective

Please complete the Returns Form on our website and include relevant photos. Our support team will review your case and may request more information.

If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (within the 48 states) and shipping instructions. All products are covered under our warranty policies (see below).

3. If approved, we will issue:
   • A Return Authorization
   • A prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
   • Instructions for returning the product

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection
• Store credit or product exchange is available upon request

📦 Return Shipping Policy by Region

Customers are responsible for secure packaging of return items. Lighting Liquidators Inc. is not liable for damage caused by poor packaging during return transit.

🔄 Out-of-Stock Items

If a replacement item is not available, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a refund if necessary.

📝 Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, if fulfillment has not begun

All products sold on the Lighting Liquidators Marketplace include a 1-Year Limited Warranty provided by Lighting Liquidators Inc.

Additionally, some products may include extended manufacturer warranties. Any extended coverage offered by the manufacturer will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Start a Warranty Claim: Send an email to info@lightingliquidatorsinc.com and include the order number, product number, and a description or reason for initiating a warranty claim. We will respond within 48 hours.
